I work at a standing desk (work-from-home). I stretch frequently and walk for an hour at the EOD whilst listening to business case studies. I make sure to eat on schedule, get plenty of rest, and drink lots of water.

My day begins with a 7-minute meditation With yoga flex, a headstand, and a sudoku game. This keeps my mind sharp throughout the day, no matter what happens.
