After age 30, individuals develop into more complete versions of themselves. For example, someone who has overused sensing and thinking until their 30s may want to explore intuitive endeavors to assist people in need (feeling) in their 40s.

Application in relationships
Introversion vs Extraversion
An Introvert processes information before it is delivered, which can take longer and result in the context not being expressed exactly how the user intended.
Area of conflict: Little verbal communication and, as a result, the context is unclear to each other.
Sensing vs iNtuition
Sensing is the process of gathering data through your five senses (touch, see, hear, smell, taste). When information is ingested in this manner, things are realistic, factual, and thematic. The ability to envisage and generate instincts that might not necessarily sound practical to others sets intuitive personalities apart from sensory ones. Since 80%+ of people are reported to be sensory, i.e. 8/10 people you encounter experience the world practically, it is challenging to convince someone why they see the potential in a business or an idea, for example.
Area of conflict: In addition to working from home for a reputable IT firm, one may spend the rest of his/her time thinking up business ideas because s/he couldn't work under someone else. The spouse had a steady career but wanted to purchase himself/herself things, including a house, after witnessing his/her sibling acquire expensive items. As a result, arguments may be frequent.
Feeling vs Thinking
Thinking is founded on objectivity and logic. The feeler requires balance and social connection. They genuinely think that communication and a shared link of love and caring must increase. The thinker, on the other hand, is aware that directing objective, focused attention on a goal will only advance that aim.
Area of conflict: She yearned for his hugs. She yearned for positive affirmation and a weekend stroll by the shore. He would like to make the most of that time by seeing a growing number of startup case studies that would someday allow them both to take international vacations and have a lot more flexibility and experience.
Judging vs Perceiving
While judging is about structure and planning, perception is about spontaneity.
Area of conflict: She wanted to be more subtle and take a quick diversion to a coffee shop on a Saturday night, but he had plans for Sunday morning that might be hampered by the detour.
A marriage gets rescued by shared appreciation, but the conflict may have been averted if it was done prior to getting married.
It would be preferable to join a partnership w/ understanding rather than to be married hastily through a matrimonial website or via references.
